Infinity

About this work

Infinity is the description of my artistic environment at the moment of the creation of this work, which lasted a year. It is the image of the infinity of art. It is composed of six abstract portraits of people indoors, created in three layers: one pictorial, one of white light drawing made with optical fiber, and one of ultraviolet light drawing made with optical fiber. The sculpture is made of resin and is inlaid with optical fibers; it is a unique technique in the world, practiced only by Sculi. It is registered with the INPI. The sculpture is part of the Cosmomorphism movement, which is based on the principle of bringing together several works within the same piece. Here, it is applied through layers that are expressed through a composition of shapes, pictorial drawings made with pigments, and light drawings embedded in the material.
